I got up at the regular time for me and after getting dressed, went out to take care of the bird feeders. The new system with the change of feeders seems to be working well and there are not as many Grackles as before. Still one or two hanging around though. 

Then, I harnessed up the dogs and we went out walking as we normally do. We wandered around with no particular direction in mind guided by Miss Sandy and her nose and covered almost a mile. 

As I usually do, only this time backwards, I brought out the bird feeders after we had gone out walking. Usually, it is before we go but what the heck… 

Today, I spent a lot of time trying to get the blog to work properly but with little success. I am going to need some help with it. Luckily, it works just fine on the computer and it is only on the phone that it is messed up. 

I did not eat breakfast as I knew we were going to eat at Daniels and Malinda’s later or at least I thought that was what was going to happen. Turns out, I had it all wrong and we were not eating until 3:30 pm and in the Commons. I made a cup of tea and nibbled on a couple of crackers to see me over. 

At the appointed time, we all gathered in the Commons and ate delicious food cooked by BJ and Peggy. I am not sure if Malinda and Donna whether they added something or not. Anyway, the food was good and the company even better. 

Some of them went outside to play Bocce and the rest of us went to watch and harass the players. This went on for a couple of hours and then the skies darkened up and a few drops of rain fell. I had previously harnessed up the dogs so they could join in the fun and took them for a quick walk as the party broke up because of the weather.  

The rest of the group put everything away and we all went back to our respective RV’s. 

As it happened, it did not rain, and we went out for one more quick walk before adjourning back to the RV for the rest of the evening’s entertainment. It has been very windy these past couple of days.
