I had a very restless night waking up several times for no particular reason and then having difficulty dropping back off to sleep. I was glad to see the morning arrive and jumped out of bed and took a shower which really helped with the waking up process. The clock said it was 9:00 am.
I harnessed up the dogs and this time Summer was awake enough to join us. We went out walking the park on a nice sunny day and made a big circuit before returning to the RV for breakfast.
I fixed the dogs their food and then spent a long time looking in the ‘fridge and in the end, decided that corn flakes would do. With breakfast out of the way, I turned my attention to the blog. We have no plans for today although something could pop up at any time.
I settled down to play catchup with the blog and brought it up to date. When I glanced at the clock, it said it was 1:00 pm. and I wondered what to do for the rest of the day.
The Girls have started to hang out over in the Commons, so I wandered over and drank a glass of wine with them. Peggy has already retired, and BJ has ten more days before she too, retires. For both of them, it is the end of a long lifetime of work, and they deserve to spend the rest of their time relaxing. They too are planning to move on and are having a house built in Gonzalez.
As the time moved on, I went back to my RV and took the dogs out walking the last walk of the day. We wandered around and then brought in the bird feeders before calling it a night.
