We had a really funny old night. Summer could not settle down and was either pacing or barking as she looked for a place to sleep. I put her up on the bed with Me and Mikey and she eventually settled down. I knew that she would not stay there and sure enough, I heard her jump down and find her hidey hole. At least she stopped barking.

I lost a couple hours of sleep because of her antics and consequently, when I did drop off, never awoke until almost 11:00 am. We have no special plans, so it didn’t matter too much. Summer, meantime, slept late as she usually does.

We went out on the first walk of the day and just wandered around the park. Even as late as it was, the Park was quiet. The fact that it was a Sunday probably helped.

Back in the RV, I fixed breakfast for us all although mine was of the human variety and then worked on the blog to bring it up to date.

With the blog all caught up, I looked around for something else to get up to. It was BJ’s Grandson’s birthday yesterday and they had a big party in The Commons for him. He had a lot of presents and it was fun watching him tear them open one after the other. I felt a bit like an intruder as it was a kid’s party, so I didn’t stay very long.

Back in the RV, I took the dogs walking again and brought in the bird feeders as another day came to a close. I fixed the evening meal for all of us and then sat and watched a very good movie which didn’t end until 12:30 am.
