As usual, the night was all too short. I could change that by going to bed earlier instead of around midnight as I usually do but what the heck! My problem is that I watch movies and as they usually end at that time, my fate is sealed. Only very occasionally do I have to get up early for anything and so, I don’t. Most days, I have nothing planned anyway. I am pretty lazy in my old age although I try to make sure that we cover at least a mile a day walking the dogs.

As usual, we went out walking around the park going nowhere in particular and managed to cover a mile for that first walk of the day. The Bugmaster is scheduled to come at 2:00 to try to take care of the bug problem.

I fixed me and the dog’s breakfast although there’s was different than mine. They helped me eat mine anyway. Good job they don’t like coffee as they would probably want me to share that too.

I discovered that I had a leak in the water system…again and called James to come out and fix it. He came and worked on it but after he left, it started leaking again so I turned the water off. I called James’s back, and he said he would be back out in the morning. Incidentally, I called the Bugmaster back and cancelled his appointment until we get the water problem fixed, hopefully tomorrow.

Incidentally, the Girls have been hanging out in The Commons because the TV in their RV is broken. Peggy has handed in her notice and BJ is on Christmas break. When she goes back to work, she only has 12 more days before she too retires. I usually wander over and hang with them for a bit just to spend time together. Sad to say, our visits will be infrequent after they have moved.

The rest of the day was spent in the usual way.
